So what's in the Plans?
The detailed engineering drawing sets are
professionally drafted
A3 size technical drawings that cover in
full manufacturing detail
all aspects of the mechanical parts and assembly of the vehicles
including the chassis, wheel assemblies, electric motor drives, seats and covers, transmissions and steering mechanisms. Key electrical system components are described too (for detailed wiring diagrams refer to your motor controller manufacturer's user manual). Each vehicle set contains between 8 and
40 A3 sheets (depending on the vehicle/gearbox). Introductory notes
are included with the kids' buggies and the yard wagon giving general guidance on drawing set structure, tools, safety issues etc. Parts lists are
also included for each sub-assembly of the kids' vehicles
and
overall materials and components lists for all vehicles except
the mini tractor. Read an example of the introductory notes
here. See below for more details too.
The FREE bonus plans for the 1500W Kart are
preliminary engineering drawings showing the detailed dimensions
of the main mechanical structure and components of the kart. See
the Kart plans page for more
details.
