You agree not to distribute, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from the plans nor to further distribute their access passwords. Notwithstanding the above you may print copies of the plans for your own, non-commercial, use and if required may pass on the password to printers solely to allow you to do so. You agree not to use the plans for the purposes of commercial production.
6. A seven day, money-back, returns policy operates on all plan purchases made on the site subject to the following: i) you notify BFF Design Ltd by e-mail of your intention to return within 7 calendar days of receipt of either the access password or delivered hard-copy plans as appropriate, ii) for electronic copy only purchases - you agree not to distribute or further communicate the plan access password(s) provided to you and you agree to destroy any and all electronic or paper copies you have or have made of the plans, iii) for CDROM and hard-copy plans purchases you return to BFF Design Ltd in a timely manner at your own cost and in a completely undamaged and re-sellable condition the supplied CD or plans set(s), and,  iv) a full refund of the purchase price will be made to your PayPal account or credit card via PayPal's refund system following acceptance by BFF Design Ltd of satisfaction of ii) or iii) above as applicable.
7. You acknowledge and agree that BFF Design Ltd is not responsible for the content of third-party web sites linked to from this site. The inclusion of a link to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement of that site nor of its content by BFF Design Ltd.

Other than information described below for Plans purchasers no personally identifiable information about visitors is collected on this web site. We do use cookies but only for the purpose of tracking anonymously return visitors to the site which, in conjunction with our page visit logs, helps us to identify which parts of the site are popular and which aren't - this helps us to improve the site and give visitors better more interesting content. For Plans Purchasers - Note that NO credit or other payment card details are passed to us by PayPal . The only information passed to us is your name, e-mail address and, for printed plans  & CDROM customers, your postal address. We will retain these for our records and to allow us e-mail you or post your plans. We may also use your e-mail address to notify you of any plans revisions we make that might affect you. Neither your e-mail address nor postal address will be disclosed by us to any 3rd party. For PayPal's use of your information you must read their privacy statement.

Where we carry sponsored links or advertisements on the site no personally identifiable information is collected by us about visitors who click on the ads and no such information is provided by the ad serving organisation or sponsoring organisation to us about such visitors.
