Twist Drill Bits - For accurate
drilling of holes in steel you need properly sharpened drill bits.
If you can't do this yourself - buy new ones! Proper tool suppliers
will have a full range of high speed drill bits in a range of metric
and imperial fractional sizes. For drill press (bench drills) you
will struggle to handle anything above 13mm diameter (if your chuck
goes that far) and beyond this you probably need a small lathe for
boring in steel.
For accurate holes in wood look for good quality flat tip drills. |
