Shaft clamp-style Collars -
these are primarily used to provide axial location on unstepped
shafts and are particularly useful when you don't want to lathe turn
shafts to add steps. They are easily adjustable and don't tend to
mark the surface of the shaft and when properly fitted their axial
load holding capacity is considerable. Shaft collars are available
in single or two piece forms. |
